Workers' Rights: Clinic Schedule

The Workers' Rights Program primarily serves day laborers, domestic workers, and workers whose rights have been violated under San Francisco employment laws. Please call (415) 575-3500 prior to coming to our Workers' Rights Legal Clinic to inquire about your eligibility for services in the clinic.

The Workers' Rights Legal Clinic assisting in wage and hour minimum wage violations is every Tuesday evening at 5:30 p.m. at our offices at 474 Valencia Street, Suite 295, San Francisco, CA 94103.  In addition, a monthly clinic takes place the third Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m. providing information and referral in all other areas of employment law.
