SEC. 10.1. ANNUAL ECONOMIC STATEMENT – CITY-FUNDED ORGANIZATIONS.

In July 2023, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors passed an ordinance (23-0165) that established new reporting requirements for nonprofit organizations that receive $100,000 or more annually from the City.  See

  1. Name of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or employee who has daily managerial responsibilities: Interim Executive Director, Jordan Weiner

  2. Names of officers and directors, and the names of all other boards of directors on which they serve: Board Members: Elizabeth "Lisa" Jimenez, Roy Bateman, Linda Shipley, Elizabeth Kramer, Hayden Rodarte, and Kristen McGuire. Our board members do not serve on any other boards.

  3. Your nonprofit's total budget and expenditures, and a program-by-program description of all monies expended or budgeted during your organization's most recent completed fiscal year: 

  4. Letter from the IRS showing your valid nonprofit status: 

  5. Your organization's most recent federal tax return filed under Section 990: 

  6. Verification of current valid registration with the State of California’s Registry of Charitable Trusts:
